Questions We All Ask
There are three basic questions we all ask at some point in our lives. The sooner we get
answers to the questions the sooner we can find peace. Those questions are who, why and what.
Who am I? Why am I here and what am I supposed to do?
We will take the three and try to answer them in order.

Discipleship
In our earlier blogs we looked at success, purpose and discipline. These are very important foundations to build upon when we talk about discipleship. Jesus never commanded his disciples to build his church. He said I will build my church and the gates of Hell will not prevail against it. The word translated church her is the Greek word, Ecclesia. It was not a religious term. Actually, it was a political term.

Discipline
Jesus called his followers disciples. The meaning of disciple is a disciplined learner. It doesn’t do any good to read the manual, the Bible and not do what it says. There are three things that we are encouraged to obtain. Knowledge, understanding and wisdom. Knowledge is information, understanding is comprehension and wisdom is application. In simple terms that means to read the manual, understand it and apply it. Some fail to read it some fail to understand it and most fail

PURPOSE
A long our journey of success, we find our purpose. It has been said that necessity is the mother of invention. In other words, there was a purpose for everything that has been made. We are no different, God had a purpose for your life before you were born. He wanted you to accomplish something that only you could do. According to the manual, the Bible, you were fearfully and wonderfully made. The key is to get in step with the creator.

Success
Everyone has their own definition of success. I once had my own definition until I found the true meaning. It isn’t a destination but rather a journey. It is all about getting there and not being there. Of course, we enjoy the fruits of our labors but that shouldn’t be the goal. All of the principles that we teach come straight out of the book of life, the Bible. A lot of people might be turned off when they hear that last statement.

Kingdom Truth in a World of Lies
In this message, Pastor Jim explores what he calls “Kingdom truth,” using Hosea 4 and Romans 1 to show how God responds when a people reject His word and embrace the lie. He argues that America, like past empires, is experiencing the consequences of turning away from biblical truth in areas such as life, sexuality, and identity, and that this moment demands a clear choice between God’s standard and cultural deception. Pointing to Jesus as the Way, the Truth, and the Life, Jim

Preparing the Remnant: Communion, Unity, and the Coming King
In this message, Pastor Jim continues teaching on spiritual authority and shows how it connects directly to Advent and the Lord’s Supper. Drawing from Jeremiah, Ezekiel, and 1 Corinthians, he explains that true authority flows from God through shepherds He appoints, not for control, but for the good of a remnant He is gathering and preparing. As the church decorates the sanctuary for the season, Jim calls listeners to something deeper: examining their hearts, dealing with div

Preparing the Temple: Trust, Authority, and the Coming King
In this message, Pastor Jim reminds us that while sanctuaries can be beautifully decorated for Advent, the true temple God cares about is our own hearts. Drawing from personal stories and Scripture, he unpacks what spiritual authority really means, not control or hierarchy, but surrendered leaders speaking with God’s authority for our good. With a sober awareness that the King is coming, he calls us to trust, test everything by the Word, and let God prepare us from the inside

The High Priest and His Gifts: Word of Wisdom, Word of Knowledge
In this message, Pastor Jim shows how Jesus is not only our once-for-all sacrifice, but also our living High Priest who gives spiritual gifts to His church between His first and second coming. Teaching from Hebrews 8 and 1 Corinthians 12, he explains the word of knowledge and the word of wisdom, how the Holy Spirit reveals what we could never know on our own to guide real decisions in real time. As the church comes to the communion table, Jim invites listeners to quiet the no
